Two Silver sheathed Bhutanese Daggers or Dirks

 A  couple of Asian silver knves from Bhutan. Attractively sheathed with pommels also decorated similarly with designs. the grips with twisted silver wire. Two very stout steel blades of flattened  triangular section finely polished to show the lamellar steel patterns famously found on these tibetan forged blades. Most attractive knives made for native use in the 19th century, Longest piece 37 cms.
