Nice Ethiopian dagger Afar tribe Gile

A nice example of the Gile knife of the Afar people, Ethiopia. The steel blade with central fuller blued and with designs along it. Hilt nicely wrapped with fine brass wire and brass tacks. The sheath retaining its belt. 20th c.
