Scarce Tibetan sword with folded steel blade

 An old Tibetan sword with long heavy single edged blade of folded lamellar steel. The hilt of typical trefoil pommel shape mounted with a red coral stone and with  a silver wire bound grip. The scabbard iron framed with two steel hanging loops, deep eastern silver chiselled panels with dragons and other designs, two mounts for stones, the central and back section covered with a black fabric. 18th or 19th century.
