A very old Indian Patissa or Khanda sword

 A rare early Indian Patissa sword from the south of the Subcontinent. The heacy steel blade of spatulate form rounded at the tip. The steel hilt mounts decorated very finely with engraving in a wheel or chakra type design, the blade mounted with a central rib to the hilt an early technique. Dished pommel with a small fracture. Good condition overall, dating to the 15th-18th century,
