A good Indian Rajput all-steel lance from the North of India. all steel construction, chiselled with panels of decoration, inlaid with brass at point, the grip shaped to recieve a hand, bordered with brass. The blade a four-sided spike set at the base with four flanges, similar to those found on a mace of this period. The end with a fluted ball butt to counterweight the spear. 18th c.
