Unusual Dagger or Priests knife from Northern Thailand, the hilt retaining some enamelled decoration in colours of green, yellow and black. The blade is of good high quality steel, the hilt and sheath covered with silver. Interestingly under the bottom of the the grip, top of sheath and under the chape are several small applied squares of gold leaf, presumably talismanic. Dating to the 19th century.
