A pesh kabz dagger from Northern India or Afghanistan. The tapering blade made from wootz steel with chiselled designs at the forte, silver bolsters. Further afghan style deep chiselling along the blade spine and handle furniture. The grips of ivory. 19th century.  40 cms    indo persian
