Good quality Broad bellied Kukri from North India or Nepal

Very nice heavy kukri with unusually broad profile – wide belly. Very good quality steel in fabulous condition, the back edge of both sides carved very nicely with decoration. Substantial thick spine. Wooden hilt with no chips, and a steel buttplate. The sheath covered with fine black leather in very good condition again, with three small side sheaths for knives/sharpeners (lacking).
