Armoury
A small selection of items sold by Ashoka Arts over the years. This section of the sold item archive covers the oriental armour and body protection items, including metal armour, mail (typically known by non-specialists as chain-mail), plate armour ie solid metal armour, helmets, greaves and guards, shields etc. Also found in this section are antique tribal armours, cane and hide shields, jackets etc which were used in most 'primitive' regions where metal armour was not practical or possible.
