Turkish Cartridge Case

An attractive Ottoman Turkish leather pouch containing a set of beautifully turned wooden gunpowder holding canisters. The outside cover embroidered with a crescent star and two shamshirs (worn). The interior cover applied with brass studs and more embroidered silver thread. Good condition, some wear and loss to edges of cover. Ottoman Turkey/North Africa 19th century.
