An early Indian lance. Steel construction with raised beaded bands to the shaft of the head, and a ribbed chiselled ball to the butt containing jingles. Long shoe spike for standing the spear upright in the ground. The original shaft is missing. Southern India/Deccan, 17th Century or earlier. $price on request
